I liked everything, the staff is really nice and the location is very good, close to the port, Plaza Mabini with good food and SM.

It was very near the main city centre. The room was cozy, with proper air-conditioning. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. They made my mom and I feel safe. The WiFi was acceptable. There were available snacks at a price.
